About Me
Ari Yuda Laksmana is an International Speaker & Agile Leadership Habit Coach with an extensive background in people development, human resources, leadership & business within Technology, Education, Financial Services, insurance, and NGO/NPO in Indonesia.
He is an accomplished people development expert, having amassed over 15 years of solid management, HR, and L&D experiences in various leadership positions, consulting & people development capacities with leading brands across the country. He leads his Coaching and Consulting Companies as CEO and Director.
His international credentials, the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), Agile Coach Certified from International Consortium for Agile, the first Indonesian Habit and Digital Coaching Certified from the coach.me and Certified Business Coach are currently used in his coaching services and have impacted over 100 clients and organizations, allowing them to discover inner strength and leadership specific strategies that bring change and robust personal development as well as business results.
