Setyorini Rahayu – is a Career, Self Growth and Leadership Coach and seasoned Human Resources leader with over 25 years’ experience, predominantly in the financial industry, across Bank Bali, Multipolar, Bank Permata, Maybank Indonesia, and PT Asuransi Etiqa International Indonesia, where she previously served as Chief Human Resources Officer. She brings extensive expertise in HR, organizational development, and leadership, with a strong understanding of diverse employee characteristics and complex organizational situations. She holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and is an ICF Executive Coach.
